How I Redesigned a 3PL Website to Improve Clarity, Trust, and Lead Generation
TM Fulfillment
TM Fulfillment LLC is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in Tucson, Arizona, specializing in e-commerce fulfillment for small to mid-sized businesses. The company offers flexible, customer-focused solutions including direct-to-consumer shipping, wholesale distribution, Amazon FBA prep, warehousing, and returns processing. With over 20 years of experience, TM Fulfillment LLC supports both domestic and international clients by streamlining operations and enabling scalable growth.
My Role
At TM Fulfillment LLC, I was responsible for leading the full redesign and optimization of the company’s website, including strategy, design, copywriting, and implementation. I worked directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on feedback, and refine the site to better align with business goals.
In addition to improving the visual and structural design, I focused on conversion copywriting, SEO strategy, and user experience. Over the course of several months (approximately 30 hours of focused work), I built a scalable foundation for future marketing efforts by improving service clarity, strengthening trust signals, and optimizing the site for lead generation.
