I started AllisonW Marketing after working with larger companies and seeing how often good ideas get lost in layers of process and handoffs. Strategy, creativity, and execution can become disconnected, making it harder to get clear results.
In one internship, I often asked about the “why” behind decisions — how strategies were formed and how research was used. I noticed insights are often underused when teams are stretched or workflows are inefficient. That experience made me more interested in marketing as a system — how strategy, data, and execution connect, and where breakdowns happen.
Today, I work independently with businesses, with a strong interest in values-driven spaces like nonprofits and creative organizations. My focus is on simplifying marketing, improving performance, and building clearer systems for growth using strategy, data, and AI.
My Learning Guarantees
I’m always learning. With every project, I make intentional decisions, then evaluate and refine my work so each new project is better than the last. In my downtime, I stay current on active marketing trends, pursue certifications, and study strategy and optimization. I don’t believe in doing things one way just because that’s how it’s always been done. I’m always looking for better approaches—because my goal is to be exceptional at what I do, not just good.
